This guide will help you get to grips with Health Record. We’ll explore some of the key features you’ll use in the system and walk through some typical processes.
Key Features
You’ll be using Health Record whenever you have a patient using our new medicine, hair retention, NHS flu (England only) or private flu services. Here’s a rundown of all the helpful features included in Health Record:
All-in-one SEE ALL OF YOUR DAY’S TASKS IN ONE PLACE AND CLICK ON THEM TO ACCESS THE PATIENT RECORD and TASK.
SVoC Link-UP Health Record syncs up with the Single View of the Customer (SVoC) which means that you’ll be able to find existing patients quickly. You’ll also find that parts of forms are pre-populated with this data making your job even easier.

Log On

Home Page
1. When you access the system you’ll be shown your store details. 2. At the top of the screen you’ll also notice your username and a logout button.
3. There ARE a couple of handy links on the left of the page – you can find patients by browsing through your list of recent patients or do a simple search. 4. This list of tasks includes all the tasks you have due and scheduled for the days and weeks to come. You can click on any of these tasks to STEP into that patient’s record and complete a task.
Accessing a patient record

Things to Remember: · Use your Due Tasks, Patient Search or My Recent Patients to access patient records. · Health record also searches SV0C. · If they’re not on the system, use Add Patient to record their details.
Recording a Service

Things to Remember: · Tasks are listed on the left of the screen. · You can add a new service using the links on the left of the screen. · You can choose which service you'd like to add after selecting the Add New Service link.
Completing a private flu Service

Things to Remember: · Add a new service using the Add New Service link on the left of the patient’s record. · Use the dropdown to select a service and select Enrol to add it to your patient’s record. · Make sure that you confirm every step with the customer and read out the privacy statement ensuring that they agree before proceeding. · Gather all the information you need from the patient using Health Record. The form will change depending on the answers they give. · Once you’ve completed all the fields, select Save. The task will then be marked as complete in the patient’s record. · The next task in the journey will automatically be added to the patient’s record. · You can print off the forms you complete in Health Record by returning to a task and scrolling down to find the print button.
